Our Viognier

The Viognier is made in the traditional style of a sweet white port. Typical floral aromas and a hint of spiciness dominate this wine with a somewhat alcoholic finish. The grapes are generally super ripe when picked at 28-30 Brix and in some years some botrytis may occur. Up to 100 375ml bottles are made each year.
